It doesn't really matter where you are, it is the staff that makes a stay bearable. The staff here have been both professional but at the same time have let you keep your sense of humour which is vital.

Thanks all the staff, special thanks to Alison for going above and beyond what is expected in this situation. Thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay, and for praising the professionalism and humour of the staff; both are needed to enable people to continue on their journey of recovery. Your kind comments will be passed onto the team.

I also note you comments about Alison; although we work as a team it is also good to recognise indviduals and this reflects well on her.
