"Patient partners"

(as a volunteer/advocate),

As a lay person and volunteer member of the patient partner group, I would ask anyone with a complaint to write or telephone PALS at the Royal Berkshire Hospital.

There is also a strong patient representative group at the hospital who are volunteers and totally independent of the hospital management. We are keen to involve more patients or their families/carers and anyone wishing to join us can contact: Maria.walker@royalberkshire.nhs.uk
