What I liked

Waiting times were < 5 minutes even when I arrived early for appointments.

Direct and informative staff who were quick and efficient and got me in and out in minimal time without making me feel unwelcome or neglected. Perfect balance between speed and attentiveness.

Friendly staff who talked me through most of what they were doing and asked me if I had questions at every stage of treatment.

What could be improved

Maybe a free cash machine in the hospital would be an idea (only one I could find charged for withdraws).
