"Going to an opthalmology appointment at North Devon district hospital"

All the staff have been good, no complaints at all. They've been very pleasant. I went to the wrong place at first but then they redirected me on to a friendly place. I was waiting to see the doctor and the nurse on opthalmology said she could find out how long it would be before I saw the doctor. She came back and said 20 mins so said I could go for coffee and come back - that was very kind I thought.

All experiences have been good - I've not had a bad experience at all. I've come for a few different things. Nothing I can think of to improve.
