What I liked
I have a tooth broken in half and a very real fear of dentists, my 1st visit to this hospital I arrived at 08:50 I was ticket No.1O, the staff proceeded to see the 9 patients in front of me then 30mins later turned me away. My 2nd visit with the same problem I arrived at 08:30 and was told very bluntly that no dentists or students had turned up that day?! My 3rd visit with the same problem, I arrived at 08:00 was ticket No.1. I was seen quickly by a fully qualified dentist who told me that he wouldn't extract the broken tooth because there were no students there to do it? I work full time and these people think nothing of saying "come back tomorrow" or "come back next week" as if it is that easy Frankly, the receptionists are vapid with only the very basic communication skills and the dentists in my opinion lack any duty of care for a patient in pain, inconsiderate, unsympathetic and just there clocking in and out for the pay check.
What could be improved
Practically all of it
Anything else?
Staff turn goin slow into an art form. No care, no consideration.
