What I liked

There was a seperate, secure area for children in A&E-both waiting and treatment rooms. I had been really worried about my daughter being distressed by the sounds and sights of adults drunks on a Friday night but the adults were in a totally seperate area and we both felt safe and well cared for throughout the evening. We were treated quickly and were kept informed of what was happening next. It was an excellent service.
