(as the patient),

I went to North Devon to have a cyst removed. The care was all fine, and the staff were lovely. I have no complaints at all.

My blood pressure meant that I needed to stay in overnight – they explained everything to me, and it seemed like the right choice. I then went to outpatients for a follow up, which went well and again I had great care.

Many apologies that I havent replied to your comments sooner, however I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on to the website

I'm really pleased to see that you had good care and that you found the staff helpful and caring. It makes such a difference when you have to come into hospital to have the reasons fully explained from the outset. I'm also really pleased that you had a similar experience when you atended your outpatient appointment.

I do hope you are now fully recovered and wish you well for the future.
