The outpatients department is very good. I’ve been coming for a few years, and I see Dr. Kyle, from rheumatology. The atmosphere is nice and as I’m a bit of a regular, I know all the staff and they know me. They go out of their way to be kind. It’s much better there than the hut they used to be in – they’ve improved it lots in the last few years.
