Following referral from GP re arm pain, appointment was made promptly.

Text message to alter timing and subsequent reminder was helpful.

Appointment was on time. The practitioner I saw Mr.Chris Creaghan, was welcoming and professional in his approach.

After describing symptoms he examined me and explained, using visual aids including ultrasound machine, what the problem was and and how I could improve matters. He also took time and effort to discuss a further problem (knee) for which I had not been referred but was causing discomfort. There was no requirement for him to do so but I felt he was being helpful.

He was very informative, enthusiastic and thorough. It was refreshing not to feel rushed and I left feeling it had been a very worthwhile experience.
