"Good, but could be improved with continuity of..."

What I liked

The hospital environment was very relaxing, and not too clinical. Staff were very friendly and I felt comfortable asking questions.

What could be improved

I feel as though the contact with midwife I received was very brief, and although I was told i would receive an appointment with my community midwife (as opposed to the one who did my booking in) at 16 weeks, this is only 2 weeks away now and as yet have not spoken to or heard from my community midwife as i was told i would be.

Anything else?

more contact should be available, and midwife should be more consistent.
