What I liked
I midwife I had looking after me once admitted to the room I was to be examined was brilliant, she was attentive, friendly and very helpful. I could ask questions and felt very secure and reasssured.
I had phoned to let the department know I was coming (I was 30 weeks pregnant with reduced movement) and when I arrived at reception they were aware I was coming and knew why I was there without even checking the notes, fantastic!
What could be improved
One urine sample was lost between wards, so better labelling probably required.
"Happy midwives :o)"
