Waited 75 minutes to be seen by surgery doctor after obtaining emergency appointment at A&E. Others with later appointments were seen first.

Heilendi Practice is an Independent Practice and have a complaints procedure in place for dealing with complaints. May I suggest that you contact them directly with the concerns you have and ask that they be investigated. They can be contacted on 01856 872388.
