What I liked

I was in Kings Ward for 12 days, the Ward Manager and his Staff were fantastic, sometimes short staff they carried on with a smile. The Clearning Team were very vigilent and checks were often carried out. All staff were always aware of cross infection. I was very well cared for.

What could be improved

More staff during the night when difficult or needy patients took up a Nurses time more than usual.

Anything else?

Find a way to silence that terrible buzzer - once a patient presses the call button the buzzer buzzes until patient is seen to. Not good during the night !
