What could be improved

The whole experience

Anything else?

My last few consultations within the rheumatology department have lasted no longer than a couple of minutes and the third question of my last consultation was do you want to come back in 6 or 12 months? Based on last few outpatient appointments opted for 12. My gp does mire fir and rheumatology nurse is brilliant. consultant needs to learn about importance of communication. Thank you for posting your feedback. I am disappointed by your recent experience of our rheumatology service and your comment will be forwarded onto the rheumatology team. We recognise that good communication is essential in providing a good patient experience and when we fail to provide this it is very important that patients and visitors let us know. Thank you again for posting your experience and if you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact our Patient Relations Team on 01922 656463.

Best Regards
