What I liked

When I went in for surgery it was with a background of dissatisfaction due to a previous visit some 2 years back. In fact, I was extremely impressed with everything during my short stay for day surgery. The staff were outstanding, pleasant and helpful and it was a pleasure to be treated is such a caring manner.

I have to say that these comments apply equally to other departments I have visited in the past few years apart from the one incident referred to above.
