Today when I went to have my blood taken at st. Chads Clinic I arrived just as donna was about to closes but she immediately smiled at me and offered to do my bloods at once, even though I had only just made it.

She was extremely pleasant, as if nothing was too much trouble. I had come straight from getting the results of an ECG and was sent for this blood test feeling quite stressed. Donna's kind ad caring approach, plus her efficiency, helped me a great deal. I would be grateful if you could thank her personally.
