What I liked

I had complained about what I thought was disheartening treatment from the Northern General - Well yesterday I was admitted for my surgery and I cannot praise them enough teh staff on the TAU were wonderful very chatty and helpful. When I was taken to surgery my anaethetist was excellent I didn't even know I'd been put under until I came round!!! After I was placed on Firth 9 and have nothing but praise for all the staff especially on friday night when they were short staffed those poor girls were run ragged but still were happy to make me some toast in early hours of morning cos i hadn't eaten since thursday. When I found out Saturday morning my daughter had been taken back into hospital the staff were genuinly concerned about her health and reassured me when i was packing in a rush to get to her.
