"original experience was good but let down by..."

What I liked

My treatment was good but was then told result of a biopsy would be sent in a couple of weeks to myself and my GP-we are still waiting

What could be improved

Contacted the consultant's secretary who couldn't find my details and said I must have gone back to medical records.

This is an anxious time and because someone has not done there job I am still waiting and anxious!
