What I liked

recently had arthroscopy surgery of the right knee in the day case unit and had to write some feedback as the service provided was of a very high standard . right from mri department to pre assessment clinic to day case unit the staff dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner and was always aware of the current and future status of my treatment . makes the sting of paying my taxes a little easier with positive experiences like this .
