What I liked

I was in a lot of discomfort which was having an impact on my ability to do my job. I got an appointment at a time that fitted in with my job. I was assessed and asked lots of questions then given an exercise programme.

I could not believe what a difference it made, I had been really worried about moving my neck but the physio reassured me and worked with me.

The care and attention I was shown gave me a lot of confidence in the service. When I was discharged I was given ongoing exercise so I know hw to manage things going forward.

What could be improved

The waiting area and general facilities
