"Pleased with appointment for knee surgery"

(as the patient),

I haven’t got as far as my knee surgery yet, so can only comment on today’s appointment and the immediate few days after but…

The place is clean and friendly. The reception staff were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I wasn’t kept waiting in very line for my appointment (about 10 minutes) and was apologised to when entering the room by the doctor. She too was very, very pleasant and made me feel at ease and explained everything very clearly and gave me the time to ask any questions.

Then reporting back to reception, everything was explained and as told I did receive a call the following day to arrange a further appointment and that too has since been made. So far so good, in fact I can’t fault it. Thank you.
