What I liked

The department of the hospital I visited was actually the Lloyd Clinic (not on the list). I found it very easy to book an appointment through the text to book service. When I arrived I was treated in a professional and friendly manner by both the reception and medical staff. I think it is an excellent service which is provided in a very accessible way. Equally, during my appointment I felt I was treated with the utmost care and attention by the staff. I was really impressed.
