What I liked

My father was transferred to Lewisham 2 weeks ago from Kingston due to lack of staff. Although a long way from home the care and respect both he and my family received were 2nd to none. My father unfortunately passed away this afternoon in the Intensive Care Init where he has been since he arrived. The doctors and nurses are absolutely fantastic and fought every step of the way to help my Dad during this difficult time. We were able to call and visit at any time with no problems what ever and nothing was ever a problem, always there to answer our questions or concerns. The staff are a credit to Lewisham and the NHS. They were true angels this afternoon and we thank you with all our hearts for the respect and dignity in which you had with us and Dad in the final moments. Thank you all so very much you will forever be in our thoughts and hearts for what you have done. You really are all angels :)

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing apart from moving the hospital and staff nearer to home.
