What I liked
My mother who is 92,had a fall and was admitted to A & E at Northwick Park Hospital,on 20th March, I phoned the operator who put me through to the A & E department,30 minutes later,I was still waiting for somebody to answer the telephone. This is a totally unacceptable level of service,their can be no justification for this poor service.
Relatives have the right to expect that their calls,at such a stressful time are answered in a timely manner. Senior management at the hospital need to investigate this,but in reality ,I doubt anybody cares.
