"Long wait for x-ray, but very happy overall with Sentinel"

(as the patient),

I arrived early as I have to rely on buses. I was seen about 10 mins past my appointment time. That was OK. The longest wait was to have x-ray done as there is only one lady taking them but overall I was very happy.

Having to rely on public transport can make meeting appointment times difficult. We appreciate the steps you took to ensure you arrived in good time for your appointment.

Clinicians try very hard to run to time and I am sure you can understand how difficult it is for clinicians to ensure they always run to time, particularly given the number of factors they have little opportunity to influence.
