What I liked

I went for a walk-in xray and was not only seen to quickly, but it was clean, modern and the medical staff actually smiled (with the exception of one receptionist which could do with a few lessons in customer care) and also made an effort - this after an initial visit to Southampton General which felt uncaring, disappointing and run down.
