"Awful experience, not very helpful"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

What I liked

I visted a&e around 7.30am in the morning, at 8.00 i was told to go to the walk in centre, i had abdominal pain and feeling very sick, on seeing the doctor he told me cause i had this pain previously there was nothing he could do and to go and see my gp. No blood tests or anything was done. Went home as could not get a gp appointment, pain got worst over the day went to different a&e later in the day and i was diagonised with Appendicitis.Doctors here could not be bothered to do tests or look in to anything. It should not matter if i ahd this pain before they should have still looked in to why i was getting the pain!

What could be improved

More care from doctors...
