What could be improved
My partner was taken by ambulance to A&E after suffering a fit on the morning of 12th February. After an initial CT scan a stroke was feared and she was admitted to the acute stroke ward. After a second CT scan it was a tumour. We then had to endure a unbelievable 3 day wait for a MRI scan. Since the MRI scan 2 weeks of anxious waiting have pasted by and still no bed available at QE.
NHS constitution, Patients Charter, means nothing without a bed, though i doubt you will put this feedback on your website for all to see !
"I find it unbelievable and I am very dissapointed ..."
