From calling the Barony Practice to make an appointment, ordering a repeat prescription to seeing a Doctor, I find and have always found this practice to be very efficient.
The receptionists are pleasant and helpful and the Doctors are thorough and great at making you feel at ease on what can sometimes be a stressful time. They also have a wonderful, informative and caring baby clinic which I attended with my daughter when she was a baby.
If I had to be critical in any way it would be that sometimes I don't get to see the Doctor I have asked for but I do always get to see one on the same day providing I call in the morning.
I have been with this Practice since i can remember and have never had any reason to complain or consider changing, I have recommended it to several friends over the years who now happen to be patients there also.
Lastly, to those of you with children; any time I have had to bring my daughter she is always made to feel comfortable and treated well resulting in her and myself being stress free when we visit which I find very important. If your child is happy and comfortable they are more likely to do what is required during their visit. Thank you Barony Practice for getting it right!!!
