Staff communication at all levels, more staff, better work ethics

My Surgeon said I would have to have a IV put in by 10pm this did not happen until 6.50am the next day. There were two nurses who had to manage 15 patients each and had to prioritise patients. Nurses were always asking patients of what Surgeons, Consultants and Doctor had said to them.
