What I liked

The speed with which I was dealt was excellent and the staff courteous.

What could be improved

I live a long way away and when I rang the hospital to ask for the postcode for the Satnav, noone I telephoned could provide me with it despite passing me onto different departments. Neither was it on the address part of the letter which I received meaning that I had to look up the postcode on computer. Please could the postcode be included in patient correspondence?

I find it easier to park in the Casterton Street end of the hospital and don't mind the walk through, but it would be so simple if Burnley could do what other hospitals in the country do i.e provide coloured floor lines for patients to follow. For instance : 'follow the red line to area 7' . This would eliminate the need for photocopied instructions to be given out daily.
