What I liked
the only thing is how helpful and wonderful one midwife was gave me the time to express my concerns and help me breastfeed was not in a rush to go off again.
What could be improved
My whole labour/ first couple of hours of aftercare was awful, no staff to be seen midwife was not ready did not seem slightly intrested that i was pushing as she walked in! literaly yanked my placenta out of me leaving me in awful pain to the day, another member of staff walked as my daughter was born asking for keys! No food offered i went in at 6 am did not get food till the evening (daughter born at 10 am) asked for help breastfeeding and got no response or help of delivery midwife, did not offer much help with aftercare like having a bath getting to ward etc. when on ward waited 6 hours for an extra blanket for my daughter after being told its not safe to use a blanket brought in with me.
"Never again!"
