About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

I had a day surgery appointment in the New Victoria Infirmary and wasn't sure what to expect. the nurses there were very helpful and filled me in on what would happen. I witnessed an older woman who was worried about her procedure and the staff really went out their way to help her.

All the staff were great and eased my anxiety about the surgery. I came to very quickly and was once more treated exceptionally.

Once I was well enough I was able to go home and didn't have to wait about for my medicines. Great staff, great service, great care!
