I recently spent the day in day surgery unit, 1st floor New Victoria Hospital, Grange Road, Glasgow.

When one goes into hospital for a procedure, big or small, it is with some trepidation. Today, I am happy to put pen to paper to give praise and thanks to all in the unit. Before and after care by staff, surgeons, anaesthetic team can not be faulted. They were simply wonderful. The respect and loving care I received was fit for a queen. I was indeed a queen for the day. My sincere thanks to the great team at the unit.

Very many thanks for your kind and thoughtful remarks about the service, I am sure that the staff in the unit will be thrilled to read these comments.

Once again thank you for taking the time and trouble to put "pen to paper". It means a great deal to those involved to read these postings.
