What I liked

Prompt, professional and caring service. I felt that I, as the patient, was at the centre of what was happening (so often not the case with public services). As good as 'private care'. Very happy..

What could be improved

Car parking was inadequate

Many thanks for your feedback - we will let the team at Hertford County know what you've had to say about the wonderful care they provide to their patients. As for the hospital's car parking capacity - we agree, but sadly the local council's planners do not! We have a plot of land available for extra parking but we are not allowed to use it!
