The wife started chemo, i think it was Lyndon 5 ward.
I went to use the toilets in the waiting area, the door in to the toilet had got a hole in it, the pan toilet was out of use & the place stunk.
I mentioned it to the wife. She said the women's toilets are just as bad.
Last wednesday the wife again went for chemo. She went to use the toilets in the corridor but both toilets were dirty, so she waited till she was in the ward and used that one.
