What I liked
As someone who previously nursed I would ike to say how impresive the DTC unit is and what a terrific idea.
The time spent with pre-op check-in and post op on the day of your surgury is very well organized especially as there needs to be visits by busy Surgeons, Anithesatists and Nurses who are also operating.
The whole process is very well developed and the time spent is kept to a minimum. Thank you to all the staff for your pleasant and efficient care.
