What I liked
It is with my heartfelt thanks and admiration that I write to thank all of the nursing staff on Larch D for caring for my Mum for the last two weeks of her life.
As Mum was very poorly she was moved to her own room and our family were able to visit any time. My sister and I were also able to stay with her overnight. The nursing staff made us feel welcome and didn't make us feel that we were 'in the way'. It has really helped us deal with Mum's death as we can take comfort in knowing that we were there for her whenever she needed us. We spent some special moments together and I will always be grateful that we were able to stay with her.
What could be improved
Our experience was very positive.
