What I liked

Exceptional caring and approachable Doctors and Nurses at a very stressful time for me. NHS I can only say how well you work!

What could be improved

Had to wait on a trolley in the A & E corridor in the cold for just a bit to long.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your time with us and for your positive feedback. I am sorry you were waiting in the cold at all, let alone as you have described as 'just a bit too long'. We have had some difficulties with heating in the A&E department this winter and I hope these will be sorted in time for the colder months later this year. Thank you again for feeding back to us; I have passed your comments onto the staff.
