An early appoitment date

What could be improved

The attitude of all the staff, from the receptionist to the Consultant to us was appalling. The Consultant treating my daughter barely spoke to her and didnt explain anything to her, including why he was putting an local anasthetic up her nose or what he was going to do once numb, for a child this is extreamly frightening. The nurse in attendance didnt speak at all. I wish I had waited for a later appointment and gone to one of the other hospitals.
