What I liked

Treatment centre modern and comfortable- good seating and facilities. Staff really friendly and caring.

What could be improved

Names called and lots of people could not hear I am young and had trouble ! Electronic display to back up or a P.A system desperately needed to compliment an excellent modern facility.

Anything else?

Seen 45 minutes after appointment as expected. Out patients insisted I would be OK to have a Urologist appt the day after my CT Scan but consultant questioned this and did not have my results in front of him and in fact asked why I was seeing him and not an Oncologist !!! As I say I was told by X-Ray Dept and Out patients that this was ok. This Consultant on my insistence did call the Radiographer and manage to show me my scan on screen after all however.
