What I liked
Although it was not my initial choice of hospital a quick date came through to have my laprascopic cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal) carried out at Bassett Law.
From the moment I had contact with the hospital I was put at ease about the op and had every check done thoroughly. The nurses on the ward were fabulous and were very busy but had time for everyone. The theatre male nurse was so reassuring as I was given a general anaesthetic and the op went well.
A clean hospital, caring nurses and a smooth op made me a very happy lady.
Well done Bassett Law, it was a pleasant experience considering what I had done and I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
What could be improved
I cannot think of anything which would have made my time at the hospital any better really.
Everything was in place for my admission and went smoothly.
"A lovely hospital, caring nurses, clean and..."
