What I liked

I was provided with a private room.

What could be improved

Extremely poor communication, lack of accurate information.

Anything else?

Upon attending to the hospital I went to the anti natal unit, where I was taken to a private room which was nice. However once there I had to wait for over 4 hours before anyone would see me. At no point did any body come to talk to me, or let me know that there would be a delay, or why I was even being made to wait. I did not feel valued as a patient. In the end my partner had to go and enquire as to when I would be seen by someone; he was just told "soon". Shortly after another couple had to go and complain as they were being ignored as well. The entire time the nurses were just sitting at the reception chatting.
