I have recently had a series of appointments at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.
Every time I have arrived well before my appointment time and every time I have had to wait at least half an hour and more often 45 minutes plus after my appointed time, before I have been seen.
An appointment is, or should be, an appointment not a time to fill the waiting rooms and corridors to overflowing and see how it goes. I have more to do with my life than spend hours and hours of it sitting in a hospital corridor.
