About: Hackenthorpe Medical Centre Northern General Hospital / Vascular surgery

(as the patient),

Absolutely marvellous. Other surgeries should visit Hackenthorpe Medical Centre and watch and learn from them. From the receptionist and all the doctors they all treat you with dignity and respect. Also they listen and take time with you to discuss your problems.

Cannot praise them and Northern General Hospital vascular ward Firth 2 enough.

I can't thank you enough for your comments. It would seem that feedback is mostly only given when something has gone wrong and its less likely we will hear when our service runs smoothly.
