What I liked

I had two tests this morning: an ECG and a chest x-ray.

The Cardiothoracic staff were friendly, efficient, thoughtful and helpful and the waiting time short despite my having turned up with no previous appointment. Huge thanks!

The staff at radiology were far less friendly and rather brusque, but once again the service was efficient and the wait short, which honestly is more important to me.

Both tests and the time I spent waiting took just over an hour and a half, hugely important when I was feeling far from my best and had resigned myself to a day of waiting. Thanks everyone for the quick service.

What could be improved

Not much.
