The receptionist team were very friendly and was greeted with a smile.

What could be improved

Car park prices need to be reduced, most hospitals charge £2 all day.

Thank you for posting your feedback. We’re very proud of our new hospital and very glad to hear that you liked to too. Our car parking charges are based on hourly rates, which we hope enables patients and visitors to pay for the time they need rather than have to pay an all day charge. Our prices are similar to other local hospitals in the area, as far as we are aware. For patients and visitors who need to visit the hospital regularly we do also offer weekly parking passes at £10 for the week. To request a weekly pass please speak to the ward manager.
