"Single parent needing CBT"

(as the patient),

Having moved from London to Glastonbury to be a full time parent with Mental Health issues, I am finding it very difficult to access Mental Health services. I need CBT Therapy but I've been told that there are very few places where I can get the help that I so need, especially as a single parent who could have my son taken away from him if I become too unwell to look after him. Which then causes me more stress which just makes everything a vicious circle. It seems there is not enough Mental Health Services here in Somerset
