Response from Involvement Team , Involvement & Experience, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

The ERIF group has gone from strength to strength and continues to develop and grow. The Trust recognises the importance of service user and carer involvement in interviewing new staff. The Involvement team works with service users and carer to participate in interviews and offers training to anyone wanting to take part in this process.
