"Disappointed with Sheffield Children Hospital Emergency department"

I am very disappointed with the care we received at Sheffield Children Hospital Emergency department. We waited for more than 2 hours with a 15 months old baby who was vomiting and having high temperature.

I thought there was poor communication from nurses and doctors, I felt I could not even ask when my son will be seen as the nurses were so abrupt.

I work for NHS too but cannot believe the attitude of nurses and doctors towards parents of children who attend the emergeny department.

Also I didn't think the environment was clean, waiting area I was in was not cleared of rubbish. I can't generalise that all members of staff were like this, but most of the ones I came into contact with were.
